Ingredient

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cup of kale
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 % tsp of spirulina
  • slice of pineapple
  • 4 mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.

  2. Blend to the desired consistency.
