1 cup mixed greens
¼ cup berries, fresh or frozen
½ avocado
1 tbsp ginger root
1 tbsp flflax seeds
Dash cayenne pepper
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp raw honey or stevia (optional) -
Directions
